How do I change my password?

You can change your password in the ‘My Settings’ page of your account settings.

How do I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go, but if you need to delete your account please contact us and we will delete all of your information.

How does Snoozled make money?

As with any business we do need to earn money to keep the site up and running as well as continuing to innovate. To do this we keep 25% of each sale. This covers our operating, marketing and payment processing costs, similar to how other sites work. So we only earn when sellers earn!

Is it free to join Snoozled?

Yes – it’s free to join as a buyer or seller. Creating profiles, shops and listing items are all also free. We don’t charge any membership fees.

Is my private information safe?

Yes – the information we collect is only used to verify your account and contact you if there any questions. We do not sell or distribute your data to any third parties except for the purposes of completing a transaction with PayPal. Read more about this in our Privacy Policy.

What is Snoozled?

We’re an online marketplace where users can buy and sell from one another. If you’ve ever wanted to buy something hot and personal from your favorite webcammer this is the site for you. Read more about the site, it’s owners and our mission in the About Us section.

Who can buy / sell items?

Anyone who is over the age of 18.


How can I find items sold by a particular seller?

Most people will send you a direct link to their shop, but we’re also in the process of adding a search feature so you can look for items using keywords. If you can’t find what you’re looking for you can also message a seller to make a special request.  You can also use the following URL structure to find a particular user’s shop: snoozled.com/shop/[username]

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is probably one of the trickiest parts of the selling process. Sellers will list all types of items and sell them all over the world. If you list the country you live in on your profile, when you go to check out it looks to see if you and seller are in the same country. It will then apply either a national or international shipping rate. Once you get to the final checkout page your shipping cost will automatically update and of course you can still modify it there as well if necessary.


I haven’t received my item – what should I do?

Don’t panic! The amount of time that it takes for an item to arrive often depends on your local postal services. If the estimated delivery time has already passed, you should contact the seller. If you don’t hear from the seller please let us know and we can withhold the money from the seller until we come to a resolution and if necessary refund the money to you.

Is it safe to buy items from shops on Snoozled?

We make it easy and safe to buy items from the shops on Snoozled. When you make a purchase the money is first transferred to Snoozled, and then the seller ships the item. There is a “cooling off” period before we transfer the money to the seller, this is to ensure you have the opportunity to contact the seller or site with any queries about your order.

The item received doesn’t match the description – what should I do?

If you received an item that’s wrong, damaged or otherwise not as described, you should contact the seller so they can quickly help you with the issue. Unfortunately, Snoozed can’t be responsible for the quality of any items and it’s up to the seller if they want to accept any refunds.

What payment methods do you accept?

All transactions between buyers and sellers go through Snoozled. At the moment, we can only accept payments via Bitcoin or Cash App in the US. We are working on bringing credit card payments back by the end of September 2019.


Can I block buyers from other countries from purchasing my items?

Yes – you can prevent your items being purchased from buyers in other countries by changing your shipping availability settings in the shipping section of the ‘My Shop’ page in your account settings. Here, you can enable or disable national and international shipping, and exclude certain countries from these lists.

How do I get setup and selling?

What do the different shipping classes means?

We provide four options for shipping to account for different sizes and weights of items, these are: large size item, medium size item, small size item and free shipping. You can set the price for each option in the shipping section of the ‘My Shop’ page in your account settings. You should base the prices on the type of items you are likely to be selling.

What if I can’t fulfill all the orders in time?

We advise that you let your buyers know about a potential delay in receiving their item, and always start with a low stock, as it’s much easier for users to request more and to relist it when it’s out of stock.

Why does my item appear for sale in US dollars?

The default currency for all items is US dollars.
